After working side by side behind the chair for over a decade, founders Linda and Melissa realized they envisioned the same kind of salon: a space where good energy, creativity, and community could thrive. In 2020, they took the leap and brought that vision to life.

Sage & Ash was created to blend high-level artistry with an environment that feels calm, welcoming, and full of intention. A studio that feels like home, where clients can relax, be themselves, and leave feeling beautiful inside and out. Just as importantly, it was built to be a place where stylists can grow, collaborate, and feel supported throughout their careers.

In 2026, Sage & Ash entered a new chapter, with Melissa stepping forward as sole owner. While the salon continues to grow and evolve, the heart behind it remains the same: creating beautiful work, cultivating genuine connections, and providing a space where both clients and stylists feel at home.
